THD is a marketing company whose clients include some of the best-known U.S. charities and non-profit organizations.  We work with our clients to develop experiences that keep donors closer to the organizations they care about. 

We receive information from our clients about their donors, to help us customize their appeals.  This information can include contact information (name, mailing address, e-mail address), contact preferences that you have specified, contact histories, donation histories, demographic information and any interests that you have communicated to the organization.

We use this information to deliver fundraising solicitations, gift acknowledgements, and informational communications to individuals.  We send limited information out to trusted third party partners when executing the above.  These partners include direct marketing print/mail companies, e-mail service providers, web-based advertisers, and data processing companies.

THD takes your data privacy seriously.  We don’t sell your information to data brokers.  We don’t accept or store social security numbers, driver’s license numbers, or other government-issued IDs.  We don’t accept or store bank account numbers or credit card numbers.  We don’t accept or store HIPAA data.

THD supports your right to know what personal information companies collect and store about you.  Recent laws, such as the Colorado Consumer Protection Act, enable these rights.  If you are a Colorado resident, you can request access to the information that we may have about you in one of two ways:

We also fully support your wishes to limit, or Opt-Out of direct marketing contact.  Contacting the non-profit organization, for whom we work, is the best way to exclude yourself from certain channels of communication, types of appeals, or all contact. In addition, if you are a Colorado Resident, you can contact us to delete your records by one of the following ways:

Upon receiving your request, we will verify your identity before sending you any information, or deleting your records, to ensure your privacy.
