Account Coordinator

As the Account Coordinator, you will join our account team to lead the tactical day-to-day activities to produce all direct and digital marketing campaigns for 2-3 key accounts.

 

This is a hybrid position out of our office in Lincoln, MA.

Your Impact:

  • Initiate strategy sessions and provide input to team for developing strategy.
  • Assemble samples, past results, current strategies and other materials necessary for strategy development.
  • Coordinate new/modified copy and design with copywriter, designer and client.
  • Participate in the campaign production process – material proofing and lettershop QC.
  • Gather campaign cost estimates for campaign budget development and reconcile to actual as well as provide rollout costs for marketing reports.
  • Create and distribute weekly status reports to team and client.

Your Background:

Creative Director
Lincoln, MA - Hybrid

As the Creative Director, you will use your writing background to help define the creative vision for multiple nonprofit clients. You will be someone who can cultivate talent, inspire across teams, direct, and create data-driven work that delivers revenue and results. You will be involved in every aspect of the creative development process, from content recommendations and strategy, to concept, to final execution of multichannel creative. You will build client relationships and pitch business while you mentor, manage, and motivate a team of writers, editors, and art directors.   • Lead and oversee the creative development and execution of copywriters, art directors, designers, and editors.
  • Develop strong, innovative concepts based on strategy and budget.

Donor Ambassador - Part-Time
Remote

As a Donor Ambassador, you will be responsible for the execution of a strategy built and led by an Account Manager. This engagement strategy will complement, enhance, and help grow philanthropy on behalf of nationally recognized non-profit organizations. Through the delivery of a thoughtful combination of communications and interactions, you will ensure that donors are appropriately acknowledged, continuously cultivated for their support, and develop long-term relationships with our nonprofit clients that lead to continued engagement and support for great causes.

The Donor Ambassador plays a crucial role in deepening a donor’s connection to our partner organization. Reporting to the Donor Advancement Manager, but under the strategic direction of an Account Manager, a donor ambassador manages a portfolio of mid-level donors. The Ambassador functions as a seamless extension of the non-profit organization. Their primary focus lies in nurturing relationships and enhancing the donor experience by capturing in depth insights into giving interests, motivations, preferences, and personal details.

This is a part-time remote role with flexible hours, typically 20-29 hours per week.

 Your Impact:

  • Use a multi-channel approach (email, phone, text, mail) to communicate and engage with a portfolio of approximately 1,500 Mid-Level donors.
  • Identify the needs to high value donors and execute engagement strategies that will retain their support.
  • Rectify or escalate donor requests and questions to management or the client team as appropriate.
  • Fulfill outreach expectations by responding to all donor communications within expected timeframe, complete weekly stewardship and cultivation assignment by established due dates.
  • Converse knowledgeably with generous donors from a broad range of backgrounds, leverage understanding of donor data and moves management to build relationships with portfolio of donors.
  • Track engagement, progress, donor preferences, etc. by accurately documenting and recording data and tasks, while utilizing proprietary donor tracking software.
  • Participate in client calls and quarterly job training.
  • Conduct internet research on selected donors on an as-needed basis.
  • Complete quality control checks and extract data from outreach tools to be used in reporting by manager.

 

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Committed to providing professional, high-quality customer service to donor community and non-profit partners.
  • Knowledge of the fundraising cycle and non-profit industry.
  • Experience working within Microsoft Office Suite- specifically Excel and Outlook.

Your impact:

  • Lead email strategist.
  • Email marketing subject matter expert, inclusive of acquisition, retention & upgrading.
  • Create, manage, and own email marketing campaigns, from campaign setup through to deployment and performance review.
  • Work with creative, digital production and client teams to develop and deploy mobile-optimized emails, including input and coordination of creative processes.
  • Work with the data and analytics team to monitor lists and suppressions to ensure accuracy and an appropriate level of audience engagement.

Your Profile:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field or equivalent work-related experience.
  • 5+ years of work experience with digital strategy, digital marketing, and digital media. Agency experiences are desired.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and ad copy/creative/targeting, including experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Previous responsibility successfully managing budgets, performance, and ROI for performance marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, programmatic advertising, mobile marketing platforms, email marketing, and conversion optimization.
  • Strong grasp of current marketing tools, trends, and best practices, and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing social, email, and digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, Google Ads, and programmatic advertising
  • Strong interest in running campaigns for clients in the area of nonprofit; experience in the nonprofit health space is a plus
  • Highly creative with expertise in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
  • Solid knowledge of analytic tools and serving tools necessary for campaign set-up and reporting
  • Excellent written and verbal communications, including the ability to write in a compelling and authoritative style.

Your impact:

  • Collaborate closely with Art Directors and Designers, as well as Account Management and Production Teams, on an ongoing basis for direct-mail layouts
  • Prepare final press-ready files based on supplied specifications for print (sizes, colors, fonts, etc.)
  • Provide flats, PDFs, and/or mock-ups for review with internal teams at various phases of production
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing tight deadlines and shifting priorities.

 

Your Profile:

  • 1–3 years of experience in production/graphic design, preferably in marketing with database marketing/fundraising.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Must be fluent in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Highly organized, deadline-driven, self-starter personality, able to manage changing priorities, with a high level of attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word and Adobe Acrobat; Workfront experience preferred.
  • An appetite to adopt and implement AI and other technologies to improve workflow is required.
