Account Coordinator

As our portfolio of clients expand, we have a new opportunity to join our team. As an Account Coordinator, you will join our account team to lead the tactical day to day activities to produce all direct and digital marketing campaigns for 2-3 key accounts.

 

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Initiate strategy sessions and provide input to team for developing strategy. Assemble samples, past results, current strategies and other materials necessary for strategy development.
  • Coordinate new/modified copy and design with copywriter, designer, and client.
  • Participate in the campaign production process – material proofing and lettershop QC.
  • Gather campaign cost estimates for campaign budget development and reconcile to actual as well as provide rollout costs for marketing reports.
  • Create and distribute weekly status reports to team and client.
  • Develop campaign schedules in conjunction with Production Coordinator.
  • Maintain client contact at campaign level.
  • Performs other duties as required.

 

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 0-2 years marketing and/or communications experience, preferably in marketing or equivalent experience required.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communications skills required.
  • Highly organized, attention to detail, ability to prioritize timelines, and deadline driven.
  • Ability to maintain positive relationships with THD team and external client team
  • Must be proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of database marketing/fundraising and account management preferred.

Account Manager, Donor Advancement

The Account Manager supports programs that will complement, enhance, and help grow philanthropy on behalf of nationally recognized non-profit organizations. Join the Donor Advancement team, supporting Mid-Level donor stewardship, cultivation, research, and pipeline development for several nonprofit clients serving as key client contact.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the development and execution of quarterly campaign strategy. Oversee content for campaigns, review & implement strategy with Ambassador teams, ensure timely and accurate outreach & touchpoints
  • Work directly with nonprofit clients on a daily basis to report on their Cultivation and Stewardship programs and address questions as they arise. Develop and maintain positive client relationships and expectations
  • Manage programs through audience selection, business rules development and cultivation strategy development for new clients
  • Prepare and oversee detailed client reporting; review for accuracy and errors and ensure timely distribution
  • Research & analysis around donors and engagement; provide recommendations
  • Perform other duties as required

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5-7 years’ relevant fundraising experience
  • Experience developing donor strategies, cultivation plans, and donor stewardship for current and prospective mid-level and/or major donors
  • Analytically minded, comfortable with reports and databases

We have an opportunity to join our Creative team as an Art Director to help worthwhile clients achieve their missions. As an Art Director at Thompson, Habib & Denison you will be part of an integrated team that develops highly effective multi-channel creative for marketing and fundraising campaigns. You will work alongside Creative Directors, Writers, Designers and Account Management professionals to bring fundraising strategies to life. From concept to execution, you’ll be part of creating insight-driven campaigns for mail and digital, while leading the development of innovative layout and design.

 

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Create concepts that generate a desired goal: donations, awareness, engagement, and reactivation.

We’re looking for an experienced Creative Director with a writing background and strong conceptual chops to join our collaborative, mission-minded creative team. We want someone who can cultivate talent, inspire, collaborate across teams, direct and create work that delights, engages and delivers results. The CD will be involved in every aspect of the creative process, from strategy, to concept, to content, to execution. They’ll build client relationships and pitch business while they mentor, manage, and motivate a team of writers, editors, and art directors. Strong creative, communication, presentation, problem-solving, and project-management skills are essential. Along with managing, they’ll also play a major part in writing for campaigns.

  • Have a writing background, with 10+ years of agency or in-house marketing and management experience.

We’re looking for a Creative Operations Manager to join our collaborative, mission-minded creative team. The Creative Operations Manager will partner with the VP, Creative Services and our team of talented writers, art directors and studio artists to ensure the creative process runs smoothly and efficiently. An individual steeped in project management and planning, the Creative Operations Manager will establish and optimize processes to help us standardize approaches, lead creative team operations, and identify tools and technology to meet the current and future needs of our team and our clients.

Our ideal candidate will draw on solid agency/industry experience and curiosity of new technology to improve and strengthen the creative development and delivery process. They will partner with various teams and functions within the agency to foster a culture of collaboration, efficiency, and productivity.

Responsibilities:

Ensure the highest level of team performance through the implementation of operations, staffing, organizational and professional development best practices.
• Exercise industry best practices to identify and recommend streamlined creative process, define and optimize workflows, tools and templates to increase efficiency and facilitate work of the highest quality.
• Expertly navigate, mitigate and resolve conflict and risk management with proven ability to judiciously escalate concerns and make informed recommendations to senior and executive leadership as needed.
• Optimize the teams, processes, and technology involved in creative work.

• Facilitate and assist in the management of projects across various levels and locations, including traffic of larger client projects and new business opportunities.

Digital Advertising Manager

The Digital Ads Manager will work closely with other members of the digital team and client account managers to manage campaigns across paid search, social media advertising, YouTube, display (prospecting and retargeting), and Google Ad Grants. Campaigns will also include retargeting and video ads. This position includes 20% strategy, budget allocation, client communication, and 80% hands-on research, segmentation, implementation, optimization, and reporting on campaigns.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Setup, optimize, and manage digital ad campaigns for multiple clients across multiple platforms, such as Google AdWords, Google Display Network, social media ad platforms, AdRoll, etc.
    • Work closely with developers to ensure proper tagging, tracking and attribution through Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Ecommerce Tracking, etc.
    • Audit new clients’ existing paid search campaigns and provide recommendations for immediate improvements.
    • Setup, track, manage, and optimize paid search ads, keywords, and landing page copy
    • Leverage target, custom and lookalike audience information to reach supporters and drive qualified users to website.
    • Manage ad budgets, A/B testing ad creatives, setting up audiences, and optimizing for conversion goals identified in partnership with account manager and client.
    • Analyze campaign data through individual ad platform analytics, Google Analytics and various attribution tools.
    • Make recommendations for new campaigns and existing campaigns as new opportunities arise within the digital advertising space.
    • Report on performance results
    • Manage multiple accounts and tasks with effective resolution of conflicting priorities
    • Stay informed of improvements and tools and incorporate new tactics into existing procedures
    • Ability to communicate professionally on client calls and via email
    • Actively collaborate with THD account managers to align digital advertising campaigns with other ongoing initiatives. Must be a team player that is also comfortable working independently
    • Driven, forward-thinking individual with the ability to come up with creative digital advertising solutions

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferable in Marketing or related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of SEM
  • Minimum of 2 years of digital agency, marketing, or similar experience
  • Ad platforms; Microsoft, Meta, Google Ads, Google Analytics
    Advanced knowledge of social media advertising and hands on experience managing social campaigns: Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
  • The confidence and curiosity to serve as the ‘go to’ paid search specialist for the agency
