Account Coordinator
Lincoln, MA

Thompson Habib Denison (THD) is a leading direct marketing agency specializing in the development and execution of integrated fundraising programs for some of the largest nonprofit organizations in the United States and Canada. Our account teams partner with the world’s leading charity organizations including Feeding America, Habitat for Humanity, the Alzheimer’s Association and other renowned fundraising organizations.

As our portfolio of clients expand, we have a new opportunity to join our team. As an Account Coordinator, you will join our account team to lead the tactical day to day activities to produce all direct and digital marketing campaigns for 2-3 key accounts.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
• Initiate strategy sessions and provide input to team for developing strategy. Assemble samples, past results, current strategies and other materials necessary for strategy development.
• Coordinate new/modified copy and design with copywriter, designer and client.
• Participate in the campaign production process – material proofing and lettershop QC.
• Gather campaign cost estimates for campaign budget development and reconcile to actual as well as provide rollout costs for marketing reports.
• Create and distribute weekly status reports to team and client.
• Develop campaign schedules in conjunction with Production Coordinator.
• Maintain client contact at campaign level.

Required Skills and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 0-2 years marketing and/or communications experience, preferably in marketing or equivalent experience required.
• Outstanding written and verbal communications skills required.
• Highly organized, attention to detail, ability to prioritize timelines, and deadline driven.
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with THD team and external client team
• Must be proficient in MS Office Suite.

Account Manager - Donor Advancement

The Account Executive supports programs that will complement, enhance, and help grow philanthropy on behalf of nationally recognized non-profit organizations. Join the Donor Advancement team, supporting Mid-Level donor stewardship, cultivation, research, and pipeline development for several nonprofit clients serving as key client contact.

 

 Principal Duties & Responsibilities

· Participate in the development and execution of quarterly campaign strategy. Oversee content for campaigns, review & implement strategy with Ambassador teams, ensure timely and accurate outreach & touchpoints.

Because of continued growth in our Analytics and Technology Group, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Business Intelligence Analyst II to join our team of professionals.

THD’s analytics and technology solutions deliver industry leading return on investment, transforming some of the nation’s top non-profit organizations’ marketing programs by more effective targeting through individual-level insight. 

The Business Intelligence Analyst II must have a demonstrated track record of manipulating and analyzing data as well as being able to understand, visualize and discuss marketing implications. Possessing a curiosity to leverage data to solve business problems and develop solutions is a critical attribute for an individual in this role.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive tools and strategies that leverage large amounts of data for developing business insights
  • Work collaboratively with different stakeholder groups to develop new products and features for THD’s Analytic offerings
  • Analyze and interpret data and historical trends to find actionable insights to inform strategies
  • Present insights and strategies to stakeholders
  • Define reporting, modeling and analysis requirements in collaboration with stakeholder groups
  • Design, develop and produce output reports based on project requirements
  • Leverage Google Analytics for analysis, reporting and strategy development
  • Create and maintain advanced dashboards using Tableau Desktop
  • Support existing applications that are developed using Alteryx
  • Perform data engineering on large datasets
  • Support THD's predictive modeling business by creating analytic datasets, coordinating data appends, building models, scoring files and creating the final output files

Required Experience & Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience working in direct marketing, CRM, or marketing analysis
  • Proven ability to retrieve and manipulate data from large databases using SQL
  • Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills
  • Proven dashboard development experience using Tableau Desktop
  • Demonstrated proficiency working with Google Analytics
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
  • Ability to interpret data, understand implications and make strategic recommendations
  • Ability to convey complex requirements and analytic processes to marketing staff
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment coordinating multiple projects with tight deadlines

Donor Ambassador - Part Time

The Donor Ambassador is a key role to support of THD's donor community. Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, the Donor Ambassador will be responsible for programs that will complement, enhance, and help grow philanthropy on behalf of nationally recognized non-profit organizations. Through the development of a thoughtful combination of communications and interactions, this individual will ensure that leadership donors are appropriately acknowledged, continuously stewarded for their support, and develop long-term relationships with our nonprofit clients that lead to continued engagement and support for great causes.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

Our work creates top-of-mind presence among constituencies and a level of importance that will create support and advocacy from the individual donors. In this role, you will collaborate with the Donor Advancement Manager to manage communications, including the development and deployment of segmented communications based on donor behavior, geography, language, and culture.

 

  • Identify needs of high value donors and execute engagement strategies that will retain their support.
  • Provide multi-channel cultivation and stewardship for selected donors, primarily through email and phone outreach.
  • Converse knowledgeably with generous donors from a broad range of backgrounds.
  • Record donor information from each contact, Conduct internet research on selected donors on an as needed basis.
  • Ensure that all stewardship touch-points with leadership donors are accurately documented and recorded utilizing proprietary tracking software.
  • Communicate effectively with management team on the needs of the portfolio and troubleshoot questions as they arise.
  • Complete other tasks as needed relating to donor cultivation and stewardship.

 

Part Time Schedule

Flexible – Monday through Friday – mornings, afternoons and/or evenings.

Typically, 20-to 30 hours per week with flexibility.

 

Education/Experience:

Excellent interpersonal and communications skills; committed to providing professional, high quality customer service to donor community.

  • 2+ years in a sales or customer services environment or equivalent volunteer experience.
  • Non-profit experience preferred.

Email Developer
Lincoln, MA or remote

As an Email Developer with THD you will coordinate, plan and oversee projects involving the creation and execution of digital media campaigns including email, social, display and search. You will collaborate with multiple project teams to oversee the development of our Email Marketing collateral. You will also ensure that the work being produced is within brand guidelines and has been quality assured.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop online creative media to support email marketing campaigns. This will require coding and uploading of email and image assets as well as uploading them into our Email Service Provider interface(s). Some email design also required.
  • Send test emails to distribution lists for approval. Update code with requested changes as necessary.
  • Test/quality-check all links, images, product information, fine print, tracking, audience segmentation and landing pages.
  • Monitor and provide timely status updates to all applicable teams regarding project progress against the proposed plans.
  • Landing page development required, where applicable.

 

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS and responsive design.
  • Strong understanding of web, email and mobile design principles.
  • Experience coding advanced emails and cross browser testing.
  • Experience creating and maintaining email templates in line with industry standard best practices.
  • Solid technical skills and expertise with HTML and CSS optimized for email deployment with an understanding of the difference between coding for the web and coding for email. Ability to code HTML by hand.
  • Expertise with Adobe Photoshop and Dreamweaver (or other applicable code editor).
  • Experience with email testing software (Litmus, Email on Acid), and deployment platforms (Marketo, Campaign Monitor, Mailchimp, Pardot, etc.).
  • Familiarity with an advertising operations workflow (marketing analytics, 3rd party advertising tag implementation and testing, etc.).

 

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent organizational skills – you’ll need to be highly organized to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.
  • Robust experience successfully interacting and working collaboratively with account managers and clients as needed, to deliver on projects.
  • Experience working with UX/UI resources.
  • Experience with avoiding common pitfalls when developing for mainstream browsers (Chrome, FF, Edge, IE, Safari) and mobile OS (iOS and Android).
  • Experience with project management software such as Wrike, Basecamp, Asana, etc.
