The Account Manager will manage the development and delivery of integrated marketing programs and serve as the direct liaison between internal departments and the client. You will participate in strategy development by providing analytic, strategic, and creative input and database consultation. THD's Account Managers have a strong understanding of CRM strategy and utilize their understanding of campaign analytics to drive client recommendations.
In this role you will:
Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Oversee strategic, tactical, and support functions by working closely with creative, digital, print, production, and analytics teams to meet client expectations and address issues promptly.
Manage Campaign Strategy Sessions: Conduct internal strategy sessions, review past results, and integrate current testing insights to guide decision-making processes.
Oversee Creative and List Planning: Review and critique creative outputs and list plans to ensure alignment with campaign objectives, providing feedback and recommendations as needed.
Approve Campaign Segmentation and Processing: Ensure accuracy in campaign-level segmentation, merge/purge instructions, and special processing, approving all relevant details before execution.
Develop and Present Analytical Reports: Create and maintain standard and custom analytical reports, presenting findings to clients weekly to inform strategic decisions.
Mentor and Lead Team Members: Manage workflow, delegate responsibilities, and provide training and mentorship to Account Executives and Account Coordinators, ensuring timely delivery of all tasks.

As the Director, Digital Strategist, you will be an expert at developing digital strategy and managing execution across all channels (email, social, SMS, ads, etc.) with an interest in or experience growing nonprofit digital marketing programs. As a Donor Ambassador, you will be responsible for the execution of a strategy built and led by an Account Manager. This engagement strategy will complement, enhance, and help grow philanthropy on behalf of nationally recognized non-profit organizations. Through the delivery of a thoughtful combination of communications and interactions, you will ensure that donors are appropriately acknowledged, continuously cultivated for their support, and develop long-term relationships with our nonprofit clients that lead to continued engagement and support for great causes.
The Donor Ambassador plays a crucial role in deepening a donor’s connection to our partner organization. Reporting to the Donor Advancement Manager, but under the strategic direction of an Account Manager, a donor ambassador manages a portfolio of mid-level donors. The Ambassador functions as a seamless extension of the non-profit organization. Their primary focus lies in nurturing relationships and enhancing the donor experience by capturing in depth insights into giving interests, motivations, preferences, and personal details.
