Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
• Initiate strategy sessions and provide input to team for developing strategy. Assemble samples, past results, current strategies and other materials necessary for strategy development.
• Coordinate new/modified copy and design with copywriter, designer and client.
• Participate in the campaign production process – material proofing and lettershop QC.

The Account Manager supports programs that will complement, enhance, and help grow philanthropy on behalf of nationally recognized non-profit organizations.  Principal Duties & Responsibilities

Donor Ambassador - Part Time

The Donor Ambassador is a key role to support of THD's donor community. Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, the Donor Ambassador will be responsible for programs that will complement, enhance, and help grow philanthropy on behalf of nationally recognized non-profit organizations. Through the development of a thoughtful combination of communications and interactions, this individual will ensure that leadership donors are appropriately acknowledged, continuously stewarded for their support, and develop long-term relationships with our nonprofit clients that lead to continued engagement and support for great causes.

Primary Responsibilities:

Our work creates top-of-mind presence among constituencies and a level of importance that will create support and advocacy from the individual donors. In this role, you will collaborate with the Donor Advancement Manager to manage communications, including the development and deployment of segmented communications based on donor behavior, geography, language, and culture.

  • Identify needs of high value donors and execute engagement strategies that will retain their support.
  • Provide multi-channel cultivation and stewardship for selected donors, primarily through email and phone outreach.
  • Converse knowledgeably with generous donors from a broad range of backgrounds.
  • Record donor information from each contact, Conduct internet research on selected donors on an as needed basis.
  • Ensure that all stewardship touch-points with leadership donors are accurately documented and recorded utilizing proprietary tracking software.
  • Communicate effectively with management team on the needs of the portfolio and troubleshoot questions as they arise.
  • Complete other tasks as needed relating to donor cultivation and stewardship.

 

Part Time Schedule

Flexible – Monday through Friday – mornings, afternoons and/or evenings.

Education/Experience:

The Paid Media Strategist will assist in implementation of paid search, paid social, display/programmatic and related digital advertising strategy.

We are looking for an individual contributor with strong attention to detail, who will collaborate with other digital team members to execute industry-leading digital advertising strategy for THD’s digital clients. Works with the Digital Advertising Manager to oversee paid search, social and display strategies, initiatives and campaigns. Actively involved in day-to-day management of digital advertising accounts including collaboration with account teams. Helps ensure results are being properly tracked and monitored and implement continuous improvements to the account in order to achieve and maintain online success for each client’s online marketing initiatives. Assists in all aspects of each client’s digital advertising account, including reporting, goal tracking, conflict and issue identification and resolution, analytics tracking and analysis and continuous optimization.

 Responsibilities: 

  • Work with Digital Advertising Manager and account teams to determine digital marketing objectives and goals, for PPC, Display/Programmatic, Remarketing and Social Advertising campaigns. 
  • Setup, track, optimize and manage digital ad campaigns for multiple clients across multiple platforms in conjunction with Google Analytics, Data Studio, Google Tag Manager and various attribution, CRM and data visualization tools. 
  • Analysis of campaign data through individual ad platform analytics, Google Analytics and various attribution tools. 
  • Assist in creation of strategic plans and recommendations including ongoing testing and optimization. 
    • Recommend landing pages, conversion elements, calls-to-action, etc.
    • Research and select pertinent keywords, bid strategies, create text ad copy and determine the best landing pages for search campaigns.
    • Ensure performance best practices are followed for, social and display creative, including static and rich banner ads, as well as landing pages.
  • Manage ad budgets, targeting, A/B testing ad creatives, tracking and optimizing for conversion goals identified by Digital Advertising Manager. 
  • Regularly review clients’ existing paid digital media campaigns to identify and resolve potential issues. May also identify opportunities and make pertinent recommendations for immediate and long-term strategic improvements.
  • Make recommendations for new campaigns and ways to scale existing campaigns into areas of new opportunity.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and best practices and understand how they can be applied to accounts.

The Senior Business Intelligence Consultant must have a demonstrated track record of manipulating and analyzing data as well as being able to understand, visualize and discuss marketing implications. Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Perform data engineering on large datasets using advanced SQL
