Account Coordinator

As our portfolio of clients expands, we have a new opportunity to join our team. As an Account Coordinator, you will join our account team to lead the tactical day to day activities to produce all direct and digital marketing campaigns for 2-3 key accounts.

 

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Initiate strategy sessions and provide input to team for developing strategy. Assemble samples, past results, current strategies and other materials necessary for strategy development.
  • Coordinate new/modified copy and design with copywriter, designer, and client.
  • Participate in the campaign production process – material proofing and lettershop QC.
  • Gather campaign cost estimates for campaign budget development and reconcile to actual as well as provide rollout costs for marketing reports.
  • Create and distribute weekly status reports to team and client.
  • Develop campaign schedules in conjunction with Production Coordinator.
  • Maintain client contact at campaign level.

 

 

Required Skills and Experience:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 0-2 years marketing and/or communications experience, preferably in marketing or equivalent experience required.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communications skills required.
  • Highly organized, attention to detail, ability to prioritize timelines, and deadline driven.
  • Ability to maintain positive relationships with THD team and external client team
  • Must be proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of database marketing/fundraising and account management preferred.

The Account Manager supports programs that will complement, enhance, and help grow philanthropy on behalf of nationally recognized non-profit organizations. Join the Donor Advancement team, supporting Mid-Level donor stewardship, cultivation, research, and pipeline development for several nonprofit clients serving as key client contact.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the development and execution of quarterly campaign strategy. Oversee content for campaigns, review & implement strategy with Ambassador teams, ensure timely and accurate outreach & touchpoints
  • Work directly with nonprofit clients on a daily basis to report on their Cultivation and Stewardship programs and address questions as they arise. Develop and maintain positive client relationships and expectations
  • Manage programs through audience selection, business rules development and cultivation strategy development for new clients

Requirements:

  • Manage revisions and edits in partnership with copyeditors and proofreaders

  • Occasionally present new work to internal teams and clients

Requirements:

The Digital Designer is an expert in creative execution, who’s meticulous, goal oriented and has an eye for details. This person can create a well-executed animated banner, social post, or landing page (sometimes from a sketch). The work is deadline driven, and the ability to manage multiple tasks is important.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, prepare, resize, and deliver assets for a variety of digital platforms (social, display, paid, programmatic)
  • Under the direction of art directors, support the creative team by designing digital assets within established art direction and brand standards
  • Act as our Digital Art SME
  • Collaborate with creative, digital and development teams to create on-brand and high-performing assets, using a keen understanding of design composition
  • Stay current on best practices across all relevant digital and social platforms
  • Assist with email development and execution as needed

Requirements:

  • 3 - 5 years of work experience in a creative role/environment along with a solid understanding of resolution, size accuracies, production values, vector vs. raster – and more
  • Experience in an agency or in-house creative department

This is a key role to support of THD's donor community. Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, the Donor Ambassador will be responsible for programs that will complement, enhance, and help grow philanthropy on behalf of nationally recognized non-profit organizations. Through the development of a thoughtful combination of communications and interactions, this individual will ensure that leadership donors are appropriately acknowledged, continuously stewarded for their support, and develop long-term relationships with our nonprofit clients that lead to continued engagement and support for great causes.

Primary Responsibilities:

Our work creates top-of-mind presence among constituencies and a level of importance that will create support and advocacy from the individual donors. In this role, you will collaborate with the Donor Advancement Manager to manage communications, including the development and deployment of segmented communications based on donor behavior, geography, language, and culture.

  • Identify needs of high value donors and execute engagement strategies that will retain their support.
  • Provide multi-channel cultivation and stewardship for selected donors, primarily through email and phone outreach.
  • Converse knowledgeably with generous donors from a broad range of backgrounds.
  • Record donor information from each contact, Conduct internet research on selected donors on an as needed basis.
  • Ensure that all stewardship touch-points with leadership donors are accurately documented and recorded utilizing proprietary tracking software.
  • Communicate effectively with management team on the needs of the portfolio and troubleshoot questions as they arise.
  • Complete other tasks as needed relating to donor cultivation and stewardship.

Part Time Schedule

Flexible – Monday through Friday – mornings, afternoons and/or evenings.

Typically, 25 to 30 hours per week with flexibility.

Education/Experience:

Excellent interpersonal and communications skills; committed to providing professional, high quality customer service to donor community.

  • 2+ years in a sales or customer services environment or equivalent volunteer experience.

Because of continued growth in our Analytics and Technology Group, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a SQL and Power BI Developer to join our team of professionals.

THD’s analytics and technology solutions deliver industry leading return on investment, transforming some of the nation’s top non-profit organizations’ marketing programs by more effective targeting through individual-level insight. 

The SQL and Power BI Developer must have a demonstrated track record of developing and maintaining high-performance SQL-based applications and Power BI visualizations. Possessing a curiosity to leverage data to solve business problems and develop solutions is a critical attribute for an individual in this role.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain advanced dashboards using Power BI.
  • Train team members how to develop dashboards using Power BI
  • Support existing SQL-based internal applications, including investigating operational problems and debugging code.
  • Optimize and automate existing SQL queries.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain high-performance SQL-based applications that leverage large amounts of data.

Studio Artist - Temp to Perm
Lincoln, MA - Hybrid

We have an opportunity to join our Creative Team as a Studio Artist to help worthwhile clients achieve their missions. As a Studio Artist at THD, you will be part of an integrated team that develops highly effective multichannel creative for marketing and fundraising campaigns. You will work alongside Designers, Creative Directors, and Writers, along with Production and Account Management professionals, to bring fundraising strategies to life. As a Studio Artist, you will prepare electronic artwork for print vendors, ensure packages are produced properly, and meet the needs of the Account Teams and clients. In addition, there will be opportunities to help execute various design pieces.
