This is a key role to support of THD's donor community. Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, the Donor Ambassador will be responsible for programs that will complement, enhance, and help grow philanthropy on behalf of nationally recognized non-profit organizations. Through the development of a thoughtful combination of communications and interactions, this individual will ensure that leadership donors are appropriately acknowledged, continuously stewarded for their support, and develop long-term relationships with our nonprofit clients that lead to continued engagement and support for great causes.

Primary Responsibilities:

Our work creates top-of-mind presence among constituencies and a level of importance that will create support and advocacy from the individual donors. In this role, you will collaborate with the Donor Advancement Manager to manage communications, including the development and deployment of segmented communications based on donor behavior, geography, language, and culture.

  • Identify needs of high value donors and execute engagement strategies that will retain their support.
  • Provide multi-channel cultivation and stewardship for selected donors, primarily through email and phone outreach.
  • Converse knowledgeably with generous donors from a broad range of backgrounds.
  • Record donor information from each contact, Conduct internet research on selected donors on an as needed basis.
  • Ensure that all stewardship touch-points with leadership donors are accurately documented and recorded utilizing proprietary tracking software.
  • Communicate effectively with management team on the needs of the portfolio and troubleshoot questions as they arise.
  • Complete other tasks as needed relating to donor cultivation and stewardship.

Part Time Schedule

Flexible – Monday through Friday – mornings, afternoons and/or evenings.

Typically, 25 to 30 hours per week with flexibility.

Education/Experience:

Excellent interpersonal and communications skills; committed to providing professional, high quality customer service to donor community.

  • 2+ years in a sales or customer services environment or equivalent volunteer experience.
  • Non-profit experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

THD has an opportunity for a talented Executive Assistant to work in a highly visible role supporting our President and managing office operations. You will offer the President and other key stakeholders your expertise in anticipating needs, attention to detail, strong organization and communication skills, and ability to troubleshoot technical issues and balance multiple projects and tasks with an exceptional customer service, solution-oriented approach.

This is a hybrid position, in the office on a as needed basis.

Roles and responsibilities:

 Executive Assistant:

  • Manage calendar proactively including debriefing and prioritizing action items while remaining flexible with changes such as prioritizing project management, meetings, meeting updates and providing follow up/follow through
  • Provide updates and present challenges, always outlining solution options
  • Manage executive and employee travel, including reservations, circulating itineraries, and maintain employee travel profiles and Executive expenses
  • Assist with meeting logistics; hosting, including room set-up, food orders, follow-ups, presentations, and related collateral materials
  • Own VP leadership team meeting cadence, ensure agenda is developed and set with adequate notice; help plan executive and leadership team meetings.
  • Prepare for meetings and follow-ups, including setting agendas and planning for desired outcomes
  • Provide unbiased, informed, sharing pulse on the agency on organizational and operational
  • Manage the President’s internal and external communications, including drafting or editing emails and presentations
  • Help with ad hoc industry or vendor research or projects
  • Perform other related duties as requested, providing high-quality support while anticipating needs

  • Office Operations:
  • Manage office operations and oversee all aspects, including office and break room supplies
  • Assist with coordination of company meetings and events including meeting invites and catering as needed
  • Coordinate and manage business lunches and dinner reservations, support event planning
  • Support People Operations with shipping new hire equipment
  • Assemble client material when needed
  • Serve as point of contact for property manager, space related issues, and maintenance; coordinate and communicate repairs and maintenance for facilities and equipment
  • Backup for managing office post; distributing mail and packages and outgoing packages
  • Support requests with IT vendor through ticketing system
  • Perform other related duties as requested

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Associates or bachelor’s degree or the equivalent knowledge and experience required
  • 3+ years of related office manager/administrative experience, and 2+ years in an executive assistant role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience administering online, cloud-based applications (i.e., Zoom, SharePoint); familiarity with Cloud based sharing and storage (i.e., Box)
  • Ability to manage confidential information and communication appropriately; displays discretion and maturity
  • Natural analytical person with the desire to anticipate needs and make recommendations for efficient processes
  • Excellent organizational, communication and analytical skills with a meticulous attention to detail
  • Collaborator and initiative-taker
  • Demonstrated exceptional work ethic, time management skills and “can-do” attitude in a fast-paced environment

Senior Account Executive

The Senior Account Executive will participate in the development and execution of multi-channel direct response and digital campaigns on behalf of non-profit clients. The Senior Account Executive manages daily contact with clients, monitors campaign process and coordinates the efforts of production/creative to ensure quality service to clients. This person will produce results analysis and contributes to budget development.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage implementation of direct mail and digital projects/campaigns by coordinating resource management and planning across multiple internal departments.
  • Prepare & initiate strategy sessions and provide input to team for developing strategy. Assemble & present samples, past results, current strategies, and other materials necessary for strategy development. Solicit and compile feedback from client.
  • Submit approved strategy to creative. Manage both the internal and client review and approval processes. Ensure timely campaign process with Creative and communicate internal delays.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships. Distribute and communicate weekly status reports, gather feedback.
  • Collaborate with Production team, data and list vendors to compile RFP pricing for upcoming fiscal year budget. Work with Account Management team to pull previous performance data.
  • Communicate annual acquisition mailing schedule with List broker. Manage list plan order and delivery to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Prepare standard reports and provide preliminary analysis, along with recommendations for next steps.
  • QC file counts for accuracy. Develop understanding of segmentation strategy. Own Renewal Data process.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2-4 years marketing and/or communications experience, preferably in non-profit marketing required.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communications skills required.
  • Highly organized, attention to detail, ability to prioritize timelines, and deadline driven.
  • Ability to maintain positive relationships with THD team and external client team.
  • Must be proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of database marketing/fundraising and account management preferred.

You will be responsible for the development and delivery of integrated marketing programs and serve as the direct liaison between internal departments and the client. Account Directors have a strong understanding of CRM strategy and understanding and present all campaign analytics to the client teams.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare & initiate strategy sessions and provide input to team for developing strategy. Assemble & present samples, past results, current strategies, and other materials necessary for strategy development. Solicit and compile feedback from client.
  • Submit approved strategy to creative. Manage both the internal and client review and approval processes. Ensure timely campaign process with Creative and communicate internal delays.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships. Distribute and communicate weekly status reports, gather feedback. Serve as the primary day-to-day execution point of contact for client projects, ensuring timely delivery of quality deliverables and owning communication for any ad hoc client requests.
  • Manage project pans by coordinating resource management and planning across multiple internal departments – including Creative, Analytics, and Digital SMEs (Paid Media Specialists and Developers)
  • Collaborate with client, vendors, and internal teams to build upcoming fiscal year budget and campaign schedule. Work with Account Management team to pull previous performance data.
  • Prepare standard reports on email and advertising campaign level results and provide preliminary analysis of KPIs, along with recommendations for next steps.
  • Develop understanding of segmentation strategy and QC email and ad targeting for accuracy. Own Renewal Data process.
  • Keep up with the latest digital trends and market shifts to best meet our clients fundraising objectives.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4 years project management, marketing and/or communications experience. Client facing experience required.
  • 3+ years of email marketing and/or digital ads execution experience.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communications skills required.
  • Highly organized, attention to detail, ability to prioritize timelines, and deadline driven.
  • Must be proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of database marketing/fundraising and account management preferred.
  • Self-motivated leader who takes initiative and ownership of work and collaborates well with cross functional client and THD teams.
