We’re looking for a Creative Operations Manager to join our collaborative, mission-minded creative team. We work hard—and we’ve got the awards to show for it—but we don’t take ourselves too seriously. We’re looking for a creative operations ninja to help take our department to the next level by streamlining processes and workflow—so we can focus on what we do best: develop original creative that moves hearts, minds, and missions.
The Creative Operations Manager will partner with the VP, Creative Services and our team of talented writers, art directors and studio artists to ensure the creative process runs smoothly and efficiently. An individual steeped in project management and planning, the Creative Operations Manager will establish and optimize processes to help us standardize approaches, lead creative team operations, and identify tools and technology to meet the current and future needs of our team and our clients.

Responsibilities:
• Ensure the highest level of team performance through the implementation of operations, staffing, organizational and professional development best practices.
• Exercise industry best practices to identify and recommend streamlined creative process, define and optimize workflows, tools and templates to increase efficiency and facilitate work of the highest quality.
• Expertly navigate, mitigate and resolve conflict and risk management with proven ability to judiciously escalate concerns and make informed recommendations to senior and executive leadership as needed.
• Optimize the teams, processes, and technology involved in creative work.
• Identify and recommend time efficiencies, monitor capacity and staffing needs.
• Facilitate and assist in the management of projects across various levels and locations, including traffic of larger client projects and new business opportunities.
• Oversee effective communication to improve stakeholder & creative relationships to allow delivery of work in a timely fashion and ensure smooth implementation of current and new policies, procedures and change initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for revenue growth within the creative team.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher learning.
• 10 years’ experience in marketing, creative or operations roles.
• Experienced in leading project management for creative/production departments in a large marketing organization with a heavy digital presence.
• Executive presence, ability to earn and build trust with business leadership in running an effective and efficient Operations team.
• Continuous improvement mindset with structured problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong collaborator with highly effective relationship and partnership skills.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems, analyze complex processes, synthesize data and drive toward insights and solutions.
• Working knowledge of MS Office, workflow software (Wrike, Workfront).
• Knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative is a plus.

Due to continued growth in our firm, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Director, Data Strategy and Analytics to join our team of professionals.
THD’s Data and Analytic Strategy team partners with our Marketing Analytics and Technology group and our Account Management and Strategy teams to ensure our clients, some of the nation’s top non-profit organizations’ marketing programs, are maximizing their data assets. Through identification and implementation of new analytic solutions, we enable deeper audience insights which drive higher return on investment for our clients.
The Director, Data and Analytic Strategy must have a demonstrated track record of analyzing marketing data, managing data-related projects, as well as being able to understand, visualize and discuss marketing implications. Possessing a curiosity to leverage data to solve business problems and develop solutions is a critical attribute for an individual in this role.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with VP, Data Strategy and Analytics to construct and manage agency roadmap for data strategy initiatives
• Use existing analytic tools to support account teams striving for deeper audience insights
• Become/Provide subject matter expertise with agency’s budgeting & forecasting tools & process. Provide direct support to account teams.
• Participate in concepting new analytic solutions and partner with Marketing Analytics and Technology group to implement.
• Work with account teams to implement and institutionalize newer reporting/analytic offerings
• Analyze and interpret data and historical trends to find actionable insights to inform strategies
• Present insights and strategies to stakeholders
• Educate account staff on data strategy best practices
• Serve as liaison between various business groups in coordination on data strategy projects
Required Experience & Skills:
• 7-10 years of experience working in direct marketing, CRM, or marketing analysis
• Demonstrated quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
• Understanding of dashboard applications (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
• Ability to analyze data, understand implications and make strategic recommendations
• Ability to convey business requirements to Marketing Analytic and Technology team, Account Management staff and clients.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment coordinating multiple projects with tight deadlines
• Superior attention to detail and quality control skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Bachelor or advanced degree
Additional Skills/ Experiences that would be a plus:
• Non-profit direct marketing experience including an understanding of the data, reporting and fundraising metrics used by non-profit organizations to drive program performance
• Experience using donor relationship management systems (i.e. Salesforce, ROI, Blackbaud) or the data outputs from these systems
• Understanding of SQL or other programming platforms

This is a key role to support of THD's donor community. Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, the Donor Ambassador will be responsible for programs that will complement, enhance, and help grow philanthropy on behalf of nationally recognized non-profit organizations. Through the development of a thoughtful combination of communications and interactions, this individual will ensure that leadership donors are appropriately acknowledged, continuously stewarded for their support, and develop long-term relationships with our nonprofit clients that lead to continued engagement and support for great causes.
Primary Responsibilities:
Our work creates top-of-mind presence among constituencies and a level of importance that will create support and advocacy from the individual donors. In this role, you will collaborate with the Donor Advancement Manager to manage communications, including the development and deployment of segmented communications based on donor behavior, geography, language, and culture.
Part Time Schedule
Flexible – Monday through Friday – mornings, afternoons and/or evenings.
Typically, 25 to 30 hours per week with flexibility.
