Account Coordinator

We are looking for an Account Coordinator to join our account team to lead the tactical day to day activities to produce all direct and digital marketing campaigns for 2-3 key accounts.  In this role you will:

• Initiate strategy sessions and provide input to team for developing strategy.  Assemble samples, past results, current strategies and other materials necessary for strategy development.  

• Coordinate new/modified copy and design with copywriter, designer, and client.  • Participate in the campaign production process – material proofing and lettershop QC.  

• Gather campaign cost estimates for campaign budget development and reconcile to actual as well as provide rollout costs for marketing reports.

• Create and distribute weekly status reports to team and client.

• Develop campaign schedules in conjunction with Production Coordinator.  

• Maintain client contact at campaign level.   

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 0-2 years marketing and/or communications experience, preferably in marketing or equivalent experience required.

• Outstanding written and verbal communications skills required.

• Highly organized, attention to detail, ability to prioritize timelines, and deadline driven.

• Ability to maintain positive relationships with THD team and external client team • Must be proficient in MS Office Suite.

• Knowledge of database marketing/fundraising and account management preferred.

Senior Digital Strategist

We are looking for a Senior Digital Strategist who is an expert at developing digital strategy and managing execution across paid channels, with an interest in or experience growing nonprofit digital marketing programs. This person possesses a strong ability to use digital channels as part of overall audience-first marketing strategy and communicates and collaborates effectively both internally and externally.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead digital marketing strategy development, execution, performance measurement and optimization
  • Translate operational goals and strategy to execute successful fundraising campaigns and address challenges
  • Cascade strategies and goals so team members clearly understand how their work affects outcomes
  • Deploy best-in-class digital strategy results
  • Work with data marketing and analytics team to measure, monitor, optimize and report on all digital marketing efforts, deriving insights that lead to actionable outcomes
  • Successfully manage budgets, cash flow, performance and ROI for performance marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, programmatic advertising, mobile marketing platforms, email marketing and conversion optimization
  • Develop strong working relationships with cross-functional leaders
  • Review and add strategy to all strategy documents, memos, ad hoc projects, QBRs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
  • 5+ years of work experience with digital strategy, digital marketing, digital media. Agency experience desired.
  • Must have strong grasp of current marketing tools, trends and best practices, and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing social, email and digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, Google Ads and programmatic advertising
  • Strong interest in running campaigns for clients in the area of nonprofit; experience in nonprofit health space is a plus
  • Highly creative with expertise in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and ad copy/creative/targeting, including experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of analytic tools and ad serving tools necessary for campaign set-up and reporting
  • Previous responsibility successfully managing budgets, performance and ROI for performance marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, programmatic advertising, mobile marketing platforms, email marketing and conversion optimization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications, including the ability to write in a compelling and authoritative style.
  • Must possess strong formal and informal leadership skills, the ability to effectively manage conflict and problem solve in a highly-collaborative environment

Donor Ambassador - PT contract

This is a key role to support of THD's donor community. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Donor Ambassador will be responsible for programs that will complement, enhance, and help grow philanthropy on behalf of nationally recognized non-profit organizations. Through the development of a thoughtful combination of communications and interactions, this individual will ensure that leadership donors are appropriately acknowledged, continuously stewarded for their support, and develop long-term relationships with our nonprofit clients that lead to continued engagement and support for great causes.

Primary Responsibilities:

Our work creates top-of-mind presence among constituencies and a level of importance that will create support and advocacy from the individual donors. In this role, you will collaborate with the Donor Advancement Manager to manage communications, including the development and deployment of segmented communications based on donor behavior, geography, language, and culture.

  • Identify needs of high value donors and execute engagement strategies that will retain their support.
  • Provide multi-channel cultivation and stewardship for selected donors, primarily through email and phone outreach.
  • Converse knowledgeably with generous donors from a broad range of backgrounds.
  • Record donor information from each contact, Conduct internet research on selected donors on an as needed basis.
  • Ensure that all stewardship touch-points with leadership donors are accurately documented and recorded utilizing proprietary tracking software.
  • Communicate effectively with management team on the needs of the portfolio and troubleshoot questions as they arise.
  • Complete other tasks as needed relating to donor cultivation and stewardship.

Part Time Schedule

Flexible – Monday through Friday – mornings, afternoons and/or evenings.

Typically, 25 to 30 hours per week with flexibility.

Education/Experience:

Excellent interpersonal and communications skills; committed to providing professional, high quality customer service to donor community.

  • 2+ years in a sales or customer services environment or equivalent volunteer experience.
  • Non-profit experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
