Donor Ambassador - Part-Time
Remote

As a Donor Ambassador, you will be responsible for the execution of a strategy built and led by an Account Manager. This engagement strategy will complement, enhance, and help grow philanthropy on behalf of nationally recognized non-profit organizations. Through the delivery of a thoughtful combination of communications and interactions, you will ensure that donors are appropriately acknowledged, continuously cultivated for their support, and develop long-term relationships with our nonprofit clients that lead to continued engagement and support for great causes.

The Donor Ambassador plays a crucial role in deepening a donor’s connection to our partner organization. Reporting to the Donor Advancement Manager, but under the strategic direction of an Account Manager, a donor ambassador manages a portfolio of mid-level donors. The Ambassador functions as a seamless extension of the non-profit organization. Their primary focus lies in nurturing relationships and enhancing the donor experience by capturing in depth insights into giving interests, motivations, preferences, and personal details.

This role is supporting an alliance of 250+ organizations and allies worldwide advancing sexual and reproductive health, rights, and justice for women, girls, and gender-diverse people through healthcare and activism

This is a part-time remote role with flexible hours, typically 20-29 hours per week.

 Your Impact:

  • Use a multi-channel approach (email, phone, text, mail) to communicate and engage with a portfolio of approximately 1,500 Mid-Level donors.
  • Identify the needs to high value donors and execute engagement strategies that will retain their support.
  • Rectify or escalate donor requests and questions to management or the client team as appropriate.
  • Fulfill outreach expectations by responding to all donor communications within expected timeframe, complete weekly stewardship and cultivation assignment by established due dates.
  • Converse knowledgeably with generous donors from a broad range of backgrounds, leverage understanding of donor data and moves management to build relationships with portfolio of donors.
  • Track engagement, progress, donor preferences, etc. by accurately documenting and recording data and tasks, while utilizing proprietary donor tracking software.
  • Participate in client calls and quarterly job training.
  • Conduct internet research on selected donors on an as-needed basis.
  • Complete quality control checks and extract data from outreach tools to be used in reporting by manager.

 

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Committed to providing professional, high-quality customer service to donor community and non-profit partners.
  • Knowledge of the fundraising cycle and non-profit industry.
  • Experience working within Microsoft Office Suite- specifically Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience with donor CRM tools such as Salesforce, Raiser’s Edge, etc. preferred.
  • Experience within the fundraising, sales, or customer services environment or equivalent volunteer experience desired.
  • Non-profit experience preferred.

Senior Manager, Paid Media
Lincoln, MA - Hybrid

As a Senior Manager, Paid Media, you will develop short- and long-term digital media strategies to meet clients’ marketing and financial objectives. You will manage digital media programs for several non-profit clients, serving as senior SME client contact. You will collaborate internally with all departments to ensure effective execution of program and campaign strategies and will manage staff responsible for executing paid media.

 

This is a hybrid position out of our Lincoln, MA office.

Your Impact:

  • Develop effective strategies to address digital marketing objectives and goals for multiple clients, demonstrating capabilities in Search Marketing, Display, Video, Programmatic, Social, and Emerging Digital Media Channels.
  • Oversee digital media campaigns from strategy development through creative, data processing, production, execution and optimization
  • Educate and collaborate with Account Management staff in the execution of overall digital strategy, and cross-platform integration.
  • Make recommendations for new campaigns and ways to scale existing campaigns into areas of new opportunity.
  • Understand the impact that AI is having across the digital advertising space.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in with a minimum of 7 years’ experience in digital media, preferably for an agency. Fundraising and non-profit digital media experience desired but not required.
  • Expert understanding of PPC & SEM (including Google, Google Grants and Bing), display/programmatic and social advertising
  • Experience successfully communicating the value of digital advertising to external and internal stakeholders throughout the advertising process (from pitch to reporting)
  • Experience giving creative direction, copywriting, and executing ad campaigns across multiple platforms (incl. FB/IG, paid search, display)
  • Experience with search marketing applications, tools, web analytics and bid management software. Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager experience required; certification preferred.
  • Experience running ad campaigns of varying budgets -- managing spend rates, bidding, and overall budgets across platforms.
  • Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; Independently seek out solutions.
  • Available to commute to Lincoln, MA office on a hybrid basis.
