The Account Manager will manage the development and delivery of integrated marketing programs and serve as the direct liaison between internal departments and the client. You will participate in strategy development by providing analytic, strategic, and creative input and database consultation. THD's Account Managers have a strong understanding of CRM strategy and utilize their understanding of campaign analytics to drive client recommendations.
In this role you will:
Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Oversee strategic, tactical, and support functions by working closely with creative, digital, print, production, and analytics teams to meet client expectations and address issues promptly.
Manage Campaign Strategy Sessions: Conduct internal strategy sessions, review past results, and integrate current testing insights to guide decision-making processes.
Oversee Creative and List Planning: Review and critique creative outputs and list plans to ensure alignment with campaign objectives, providing feedback and recommendations as needed.
Approve Campaign Segmentation and Processing: Ensure accuracy in campaign-level segmentation, merge/purge instructions, and special processing, approving all relevant details before execution.
Develop and Present Analytical Reports: Create and maintain standard and custom analytical reports, presenting findings to clients weekly to inform strategic decisions.
Mentor and Lead Team Members: Manage workflow, delegate responsibilities, and provide training and mentorship to Account Executives and Account Coordinators, ensuring timely delivery of all tasks.

THD is seeking a part-time / freelance Animation Artist (15-20 hours per week) to support our creative team in developing high-quality, engaging animation.
You will collaborate with art directors and media strategists to develop animated html digital ads, emails and landing pages, and prepare files for media placement. On occasion, you may collaborate on video editing and sound mixing.

This is a key role to support of THD's donor community. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Donor Ambassador will be responsible for programs that will complement, enhance, and help grow philanthropy on behalf of nationally recognized non-profit organizations. Through the development of a thoughtful combination of communications and interactions, this individual will ensure that leadership donors are appropriately acknowledged, continuously stewarded for their support, and develop long-term relationships with our nonprofit clients that lead to continued engagement and support for great causes.
Primary Responsibilities:
Our work creates top-of-mind presence among constituencies and a level of importance that will create support and advocacy from the individual donors. In this role, you will collaborate with the Donor Advancement Manager to manage communications, including the development and deployment of segmented communications based on donor behavior, geography, language, and culture.
Part Time Schedule
Flexible – Monday through Friday – mornings, afternoons and/or evenings.

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Copywriter to help execute the creative vision for nonprofit clients. We want someone who can drive copy direction and deliver compelling fundraising copy across both digital and direct mail projects. You will be involved in every aspect of the creative development process, from content recommendations and strategy, to concept, to execution. You will work closely with a team of creative directors, art directors, writers and copyeditors. Excellent writing, presentation, and organizational skills are essential.
