Account Manager

The Account Manager will manage the development and delivery of integrated marketing programs and serve as the direct liaison between internal departments and the client. Your Impact:

  • Lead THD’s strategic, tactical, and support functions by collaborating across creative digital, print, production, and analytics teams in order to meet the client's expectations and take action to resolve issues as they arise.
  • Manage internal campaign strategy sessions; review previous results and current testing that should be considered in decision-making.
  • Review strategy documentation and provide feedback to the Account Executive.
  • Review creative output to ensure campaign objectives are met; suggest improvements or re-direct.
  • Participate in the client approval process as necessary.
  • Review and critique the list plan; communicate concerns to the Account Director. Distribute to the client, review, and solicit approval.
  • Approve merge/purge instructions to ensure all client mandates are met, as well as special processing instructions.
  • Approve campaign-level segmentation based on past results, final file counts, and other campaign or report-specific output for accuracy.
  • Develop and update standard reports (such as package, cash flow and RFA/list) for distribution on a regular basis, ensuring accuracy and leverage for analysis and recommendations.
  • Identify and execute custom analytics to answer additional questions. Present findings to client on a weekly basis.
  • Collaborate with External Vendors, Database Companies, and Digital Partner.
  • Manage workflow and training and mentoring of Account Executives and Account Coordinators.
  • Delegate responsibilities appropriately to ensure both short and long-term deliverables are on time.
  • Lead weekly and monthly client-facing meetings
  • Performs other duties as required.

 Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in direct mail and digital.
  • Analytically minded, specifically comfortable with data, response metrics and identifying trends.
  • Outstanding relationship-building and communication skills required.

Your Impact:

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in with minimum of 10 years’ experience in digital, fundraising and non-profits required, preferably for an agency or large national non-profit organization.
  • Minimum of 6-8 years digital marketing experience.
  • Expert understanding of PPC & SEM (including Google, Google Grants and Bing), display/programmatic, social advertising, SEO, GEO, CRO.
  • Experience successfully communicating the value of digital advertising and growth marketing to external and internal stakeholders throughout the advertising process (from pitch to reporting).
  • Experience giving creative direction, copywriting, and executing ad campaigns across multiple platforms (incl. FB/IG, paid search, display).

The Donor Ambassador will be responsible for the execution of a strategy built and led by an Account Manager. This engagement strategy will complement, enhance, and help grow philanthropy on behalf of nationally recognized non-profit organizations. Your Impact:

  • Using a multi-channel approach (email, phone, text, mail) communicate and engage with a portfolio of approximately 1,500 Mid-level donors.
  • Identify the needs of high-value donors and execute engagement strategies that will retain their support.
  • Rectify or escalate donor requests and questions to management or the client team as appropriate.
