Account Coordinator
Lincoln, MA - Hybrid

The Account Coordinator plays an instrumental role in the support of the client teams. They are responsible for assisting in executing marketing and fundraising strategies for our various nonprofit clients. The Account Coordinator will participate in creating and implementing direct response campaigns to acquire, cultivate and solicit donors through direct mail and/or digital channels in a fast-paced and creative environment.

 

Responsibilities

  • Initiates and completes the required day-to-day responsibilities necessary to efficiently support assigned client account(s) ensuring attention to the detailed requirements of the account and meeting commitments as required.
  • Responsible for coordinating with all internal departments to traffic work and projects as needed, and to manage the creative circulation, edits, and approvals, ensuring timelines are met. Participates in the campaign production process—material proofing and lettershop QC.
  • Performs data entry of client fundraising costs and segmentation, keeping client information up to date. Gathers campaign cost estimates for campaign budget development and reconciles. Provides rollout costs for marketing reports.
  • Initiates meetings and provides input to team for developing strategy. Assembles samples, past results, current strategies and other materials necessary for strategy development.
  • Assists with weekly internal status updates for the client.
  • Creates and distributes weekly status reports to team and client.
  • Works with team to develop and maintain detailed project timelines and schedules for clients.
  • Assists with the creative development of fundraising packages. Coordinates new/modified copy and design with copywriter, designer and client.
  • Helps to coordinate activities of off-site agencies, database suppliers, list brokers, and vendors.
  • Manages all client sample files, including tracking to ensure samples are received, labeling, and filing all incoming samples. Ships samples to clients, if required.
  • Serves as a backup point of contact for issues or activities for clients, as assigned.
  • May assist with the compilation of client presentations, ensuring that supplies are ordered. May assist with arranging internal and external meetings.
  • May order client fulfillment materials and prepare shipments are needed.
  • Conducts research on behalf of client mission and new outreach campaigns.
  • Will research and report on industry trends that can be used in forecasting future direct-marketing needs.
  • Participates in trade shows/conferences by representing Moore and sharing information on company services.
  • Provides additional team and client support, as necessary.
  • Performs other duties as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) preferred.
  • 0-2 years of experience in marketing or communications; experience with direct response fundraising or nonprofit clients preferred.
  • Ability to work in a team environment through collaboration with Moore and external client teams to meet fundraising goals.
  • Must be able to comfortably interact with management at all levels of the organization and develop positive relationships.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects; a resourceful self-starter who can take initiative to learn direct response fundraising/marketing.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are vital to success in this position.
  • Ability to adapt to change and constantly shifting priorities.
  • Ability to follow through on projects and meet deadlines.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communications skills required.
  • General proof-reading skills and the ability to maintain quality control of work required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and basic understanding of analytics.

Proficiency with MS Office Suite.

Senior Copywriter

We’re looking for an experienced copywriter to join our collaborative, mission-minded creative team. We love what we do, and we’re passionate about helping leading nonprofits create social impact through creative that moves hearts, minds, and missions. If you’re a storyteller with fundraising experience, writing and conceptual chops, and a passion for doing good, we want to hear from you.

 

Responsibilities

  • Work with Account and Creative Director to help develop and deliver on insight-driven creative strategies
  • Lead copywriting development across multichannel projects
  • Develop strong, innovative concepts and copy based on strategy and budget
  • Effectively present work, both internally and to clients
  • Contribute to the work of the team as an active, senior writer
  • Participate in new business and upsell activities, including concept development, copywriting and presenting to prospective and existing clients

    Requirements
  • Work in a highly collaborative team environment
  • Consistently demonstrate a shared sense of accountability
  • Have a problem-solving, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Be flexible and willing to go beyond the job description to help the team/department deliver effective work
  • Share time/talent with other business units, departments, and colleagues when needed

  • Knowledge in direct marketing strategies is a must, along with a portfolio that demonstrates exceptional work for brands and products in multiple channels.

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Minimal travel anticipated; may consist of auto and air travel.

We are looking for a Senior Digital Strategist who is an expert at developing digital strategy and managing execution across paid channels, with an interest in or experience growing nonprofit digital marketing programs. This person possesses a strong ability to use digital channels as part of overall audience-first marketing strategy and communicates and collaborates effectively both internally and externally.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead digital marketing strategy development, execution, performance measurement and optimization
  • Translate operational goals and strategy to execute successful fundraising campaigns and address challenges
  • Cascade strategies and goals so team members clearly understand how their work affects outcomes
  • Deploy best-in-class digital strategy results
  • Work with data marketing and analytics team to measure, monitor, optimize and report on all digital marketing efforts, deriving insights that lead to actionable outcomes
  • Successfully manage budgets, cash flow, performance and ROI for performance marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, programmatic advertising, mobile marketing platforms, email marketing and conversion optimization
  • Develop strong working relationships with cross-functional leaders
  • Review and add strategy to all strategy documents, memos, ad hoc projects, QBRs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
  • 7+ years of work experience with digital strategy, digital marketing, digital media. Agency experience desired.
  • Must have strong grasp of current marketing tools, trends and best practices, and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing social, email and digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, Google Ads and programmatic advertising
  • Strong interest in running campaigns for clients in the area of nonprofit; experience in nonprofit health space is a plus
  • Highly creative with expertise in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and ad copy/creative/targeting, including experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of analytic tools and ad serving tools necessary for campaign set-up and reporting
  • Previous responsibility successfully managing budgets, performance and ROI for performance marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, programmatic advertising, mobile marketing platforms, email marketing and conversion optimization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications, including the ability to write in a compelling and authoritative style.
  • Must possess strong formal and informal leadership skills, the ability to effectively manage conflict and problem solve in a highly-collaborative environment
